焊齿时要注意合金是否有碳化物,保持合金周边干净不要有灰尘,齿座不允许有锈点或氧化物,助焊剂不宜太浓或太稀,调成糊状,有粒状助焊剂不能使用。注意沉淀,重复使用时要调和助焊剂,比较好滴在合金上,不要糊在基体齿根外。
